Shipping :

All orders are shipped from Germany to all EU-countries. We use
different methods for stealthy packaging to make sure
that your shipment arrives safely. We send out orders every day
and new orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Delivery time within Germany is 1-3 days on average and to most EU-countries anywhere from 2-5 working days on average.
1. Letter with limited basic tracking (3 Euro)
This option offers only very basic tracking and will not
work for tracking in a different country, This option is not available for all orders/customers
2. Einwurf-Einschreiben Germany (5 Euro)
This option is only available to German customers and includes full tracking from Deutsche Post. No signature is needed upon delivery.
3. Einwurf-Einschreiben EU countries (10 Euro)
This option is available for all EU countries but due to packaging restrictions only for our concentrates (Wax, Shatter, BHO..) and includes full tracking from Deutsche Post. No signature is needed upon delivery.
4. DHL parcel Germany (10 Euro)
Available for larger domestic orders, includes full tracking. Signature required.
5. DHL parcel EU (20 Euro)
Available for larger EU orders, includes full tracking and can be used
for all of our products. Signature required

We only provid tracking IDs by dispute or after 10 days!
We offer one free reship for all orders only under those conditions :
- only for tracked shipping
- the tracking has to show that the shipment did not arrive
- no reship in case the delivery adress was false
- the order has to be completedbefore we actually initiate the reship.
